Map the pattern. Name the drivers of your burnout — overload loops, people-pleasing, perfection, role demands, and older “never-enough” rules — and pick the smallest lever to move first.

Is this burnout or depression?
We’ll screen gently for both. If depression’s present, we’ll pace the plan and, with your consent, loop in your physician or other supports as needed.
How fast will this feel different?
Many people notice steadier evenings within 1–3 sessions once we add one off-switch and one boundary.
Do I need time off first?
Not always. We’ll start with the smallest lever you can move now (for example, a shutdown ritual, micro-buffer, or clear decline).
What if my role won’t allow boundaries?
We’ll design buffers that fit your context (handover rule, 10-minute transition, one protected block) and practise until they hold.
Will we just talk about work?
We’ll start where burnout shows up most (often work), and, if you want, we can also look at the rest of your life so the change actually holds.
