Professionals who look steady outside but feel overloaded inside. I work with anxiety, stress, burnout, and alcohol concerns (no labels. no lectures.). Sessions are private and judgment-free.  Adults 18+.

$175 + GST / 60 minutes
Many plans reimburse Registered Social Worker (RSW) sessions. I provide a receipt with BCCSW Reg. #11158 and the details insurers ask for.
